Qweem does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics service. We do not require registration or collect any personal information through the date conversion tool.

The only data processed automatically is standard web server log data, which every web server records by default for security and operational purposes. This includes:

• IP address of the visitor
• Date and time of the request
• URL requested
• HTTP status code
• Browser type and operating system (User-Agent header)
• Referring URL (if any)

If you contact us by email at info@qweem.net, we will process the personal data contained in your message (name, email address, and any information you include) solely to respond to your enquiry.

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

Server logs

Server logs are processed for the purpose of ensuring the security, stability, and correct operation of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in maintaining a secure and functional service.

Email enquiries

Data provided through email is processed solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures or our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Data retention

Server logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Email correspondence is retained only for as long as necessary to resolve the enquiry, and in any case for no longer than 12 months.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any third party for commercial purposes. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Qweem does not use:

• Cookies of any kind (session, persistent, or third-party)
• Google Analytics or any other analytics platform
• Advertising networks or remarketing services
• Social media tracking pixels
